Sensitive skin? Worried because you've had a bad experience with a different makeup before? We know what that is like and we're here for you! Due to lack of extra preservatives, and even more importantly, cheap filler ingredients such as bismuth oxychloride and talc, our brand is loved by people with even the most severe allergies and picky skin.
Our eyeshadows are comprised of inert minerals that naturally do not harbor bacteria - we don't even include binder ingredients! They could potentially remain shelf-stable for many, many years, however, we always recommend a use-by date of 24 months from opening to account for the moist environments of things like bathrooms, or makeup brushes inserted into the jar that we may not always clean as often as we should.
Our primers and lip tints have a use-by date of 12 months from opening to account for a lack of additional preservatives.
All micas and minerals that we use are ethically sourced. And while all of our shades can be used as costume/novelty lip colors, when it comes to ingredients like ultramarines, ferric ferrocyanide, and chromium oxide - these are only FDA approved for daily use on eyes.
